According to the Herald: He listed a Miami Beach penthouse as his address on corporate records for a company called First Rounders, state records show. He's listed as the manager of the company. But see below, #503 next door is hardly a penthouse. And it was bought for $200k in July 2002, right after Stallworth's first round drafting. Smith was drafted in the first round 2 years later. Steve Boucher is an owner of Boucher Brothers, a large local hospitality company, which has the Miami Beach beach chair franchise, rent jet-skis, provides hotels with lots of hospitality services, etc.
