Zipcar on Belle Isle

All I had was my cameraphone, so unless you know about that tell-tale "wheels when you want them" white script above the license plate, you wouldn't know from the picture that this little Mazda3 is a Zipcar.

Zipcar and Miami Beach did a little dance while I was on the city's Parking and Transportation committee. Sadly, the city's dysfunctional ways led to Zipcar buzzing the city off. But they do have cars at the University of Miami, including two just 10 minutes from here at the hospital we use. I'll bet this guy was Moncion (the other 8 U of M Zipcars, mostly at the main campus, are Toyotas and Hondas). Zoom Zoom.
